Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are determined based on the subscription plan you select, either monthly or annually. A valid payment method, such as a credit card or other supported payment methods, is required to process subscription payments. You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information, including full name, address, contact details, and payment method information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription fees to your provided payment method for each Billing Cycle.

Automatic Renewal
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it. To cancel the subscription renewal, you may visit your account management page or contact our support team. If you cancel before the current paid period ends, your subscription will remain active until the end of that period.

Failure of Automatic Billing
If automatic billing fails, we will issue an invoice indicating the need for manual payment. You must proceed with payment by the specified due date to avoid service interruption.

Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the termination process, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused days within an ongoing Billing Cycle.

Subscription Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with thirty (30) days' notice. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your subscription before the new fees take effect.

Trial Period
Subscriptions may include a Trial Period. If you cancel during the Trial Period, you will not be charged. Continued use beyond the Trial Period signifies acceptance of the subscription and associated fees.
